On the 31st of July, The EU passed a resolution to give consumers the right to have their devices repaired instead of replaced. These repairs can be conducted by either the manufacturer durectly, or through a third party.

As this is new legislation, not all EU governments are ready for this new legislation. Here is Germany, rules and regulations have been tabled, but nothing has been written into law yet.

The main regulations required for offering repair services are proof of a business licence and insurance. Vector has both of these. When the regulations pass the final rounds from the government, Vector will be in place to start offering certified repair services, with warranty, to customers in the Rostock area.
